Frequently Asked Questions

What areas are you currently mailing postcards to?
At the moment, we are focusing on an arc across the northern suburbs, and another across north Georgia. We will be expanding to additional areas in 2024. Join our email list to get the latest news.

Say an area is larger than 10,000. How do you decide where to mail the postcards in that area?
Our goal is to get you the most impact for your ad spend. In most cases, we focus on areas that have the highest per capita income. If we are running a niche-specific mailer (say, only home services companies for example) we might consider the common needs of the homeowners in that area based on the age of the homes.

We might also do two mailers for an area with 20,000 homes. It would require purchasing two ads (one for each mailer); however the ROAS (return on ad spend) might make it a no-brainer for a business to land in every home.

Do I have to provide artwork for the ad?
Our team of graphic designers has a wealth of expertise in creating beautiful and effective designs for a variety of industries. With years of experience and a passion for design, we have the skills and knowledge to take your business to the next level. We'll collect some basic information to design it and you'll always have the final approval of your ad.

The cost seems low - why does it cost so little?
As you may be aware, the costs of printing and postage can add up quickly. However, by consolidating non-competing local businesses onto a single postcard, each participant can share the expenses associated with printing and mailing. This collaborative approach significantly lowers the cost for each individual business, making it a more economical option for everyone involved.

The cost seems high - why does it cost so much?
Direct mail can be a costly endeavor, especially when considering the expenses of design, printing, and increasing postage rates. However, time and again, direct mail has demonstrated its value as an effective means of generating a strong return on investment for local business owners. Our oversized postcards offer an economical solution, allowing you to capture your customer's attention without having to compete in a crowded advertising space. Your customers are simply not receiving anything like our big card!

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
In a word, NO. However, we strongly advise participating in a minimum of three consecutive mailings. Repetition is crucial for ensuring that customers remember your advertisement and services. Consider a billboard you see just once; would it be memorable? How many times do you see the same ad on TV? Businesses that engage in multiple mailings often achieve superior outcomes, as repetitive advertising is proven to be effective! And you get a discount for multiple ads!

Why would I want to buy multiple ads?
Investing in a series of direct mail advertisements spread out over a few months can be a strategic move for advertisers looking to maximize their impact and build a lasting connection with their audience. By consistently appearing in recipients' mailboxes, advertisers can create a sense of familiarity and trust with potential customers. This repeated exposure is crucial for reinforcing brand recognition and keeping the brand top of mind. When consumers are repeatedly exposed to a brand, they are more likely to recall it when making purchasing decisions.

You might also want to do a double or even triple size ad on a single mailer for the visual domination effect!

The overwhelming majority of commerce of all kinds is driven by direct mail. Everything from the credit card industry to the apparel industry, to the information business and local service business is using direct mail.
